Over the course of her 40 year business career, Yvonne Ayoroa has worked with a variety of industries: high-tech, chemical manufacturing, computer hardware and software, schools (elementary and secondary), service industries, federal and local governments, as well as many non-profits and religious organizations.

Yvonne Ayoroa has used her experience to provide instruction for accounting staff, developing and supporting budgeting efforts. Using human resources and payroll programs she provided training and actual use of these programs for clients and her local staff. She has negotiated loans with banks. Established the Financial and Strategy Planning in tandem with the Executive Team. Trained and supervised the Accounting and Human Resources Teams.

Yvonne Ayoroa began her career by working with her CPA/Lawyer father managing the books for small businesses. She was directly exposed to the problems and solutions needed for small businesses. Later she was exposed to helping schools by teaching in such. She also acquired experience with consulting with businesses in the cattle breeding areas. She later handled the financial transactions helped an entrepreneur that specialized in providing housing to army families in various states. Her exposure to local government agencies (transportation, lottery and others). By dealing with Federal Agencies she developed experience in the nuances of the various legal requirements associated with getting paid on time.

Yvonne Ayoroa has an education degree from Stephen F. Austin University, Nacogdoches, Texas. Additional accounting courses from Brazoria University, Freeport Texas. Microsoft Software use and training for Dynamics SL, Dynamics NAV, Office 365, Extensive Excel Experience, Dynamics Report Writers. Ceridian Human Capital Management. Over the course of his 45 year business career, a results oriented professional. Focusing on project costing and operations. In the Federal, State Government, corporate and not-for-profit areas. A proven track record for the successful realization of project goals and objectives. A proven record of managing staff in the planning and execution of varied software development, customization and/or IT systems development projects. A detailed and resourceful problem solver.

Provided information system definition to address client challenges. For government contractors provided project tracking, time entry facilitation and business intelligence tools for business analysis. For Not-for-Profits, provided Designated Fund Tracking, project tracking, time tracking and business intelligence analysis. For high volume distribution systems provided the standardized communication system to handle high volume shipments, warehousing and inventory control. Provided a unique methodology where the client could tell their clients what they had been consuming at a specific location which helped with reordering. This increased demand and forecast ability. For Waste Management companies provided the variability necessary to address oil reclamation, tank cleaning, accelerated composting, ethylene glycol reclamation, paint remnants disposal, metal reclamation, etc. All of these are specialized databases that needed to be integrated for management purposes.

Jose Ayoroa has a bachelors in Chemical Engineering from Catholic University of America. Courses toward a Masters in Business (Finance), from Central Michigan University.
