Over the course of her 40 year business career, Yvonne Ayoroa has worked with a variety of industries: high-tech, chemical manufacturing, computer hardware and software, schools (elementary and secondary), service industries, federal and local governments, as well as many non-profits and religious organizations.
Yvonne Ayoroa has used her experience to provide instruction for accounting staff, developing and supporting budgeting efforts. Using human resources and payroll programs she provided training and actual use of these programs for clients and her local staff. She has negotiated loans with banks. Established the Financial and Strategy Planning in tandem with the Executive Team. Trained and supervised the Accounting and Human Resources Teams.
Yvonne Ayoroa began her career by working with her CPA/Lawyer father managing the books for small businesses. She was directly exposed to the problems and solutions needed for small businesses. Later she was exposed to helping schools by teaching in such. She also acquired experience with consulting with businesses in the cattle breeding areas. She later handled the financial transactions helped an entrepreneur that specialized in providing housing to army families in various states. Her exposure to local government agencies (transportation, lottery and others). By dealing with Federal Agencies she developed experience in the nuances of the various legal requirements associated with getting paid on time.
